We render services to all kind of Family Matters which are not limited to but include (1) Dissolution of Marriage i.e  legal termination of marriage, including Khula (wife-initiated divorce) and Faskh (court-decreed divorce on account of cruelty and ), (2) Maintenance i.e Financial support for the wife and children, (3) Dower (Mehr) i.e Recovery of the dower amount, (4) Dowry (Jahez): Recovery of dowry articles and bridal gifts, (5) Custody of Children i.e Determination of guardianship and custody, including visitation rights for parents, (6) Restitution of Conjugal Rights i.e A suit to compel a spouse to return to the matrimonial home, (7) Jactitation of Marriage i.e A suit for a declaration that a marriage is invalid or falsely claimed, (8) Personal Property of Wife i.e Recovery of the wife’s personal belongings, (9) Guardianship i.e Matters related to the person or property of a minor, (10) Offenses i.e all offences under Part II of the Schedule of Family Courts Act, 1964, where one spouse is the victim of an offence committed by the other and (11) all other matters arising out of Nikah Nama/Marriage Contract.
