Mr. Nadir Shah holds an LLB (Honours) from University of London (UoL) UK, along with
a dual degree (double major) in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Entrepreneurship
from Bauer School of Management, University of Houston (UoH), TX, USA. Mr. Shah’s
preliminary and secondary education has been from Aitchison College, Lahore. Mr. Shah has
over 15 years of, USA and GCC/MENA regions’, professional experience in Contract
Negotiations, Drafting and Administration. Mr. Shah has served as a Principal Consultant to a,
USA based, Corporate Advisory Firm, that he co-founded in 2008. Mr Shah has also been an
executive board member of a USA based NGO providing pro-bono legal services to underserved
US minorities in the areas of Human Rights and Civil Liberties. Mr. Shah’s areas of legal interest
include (non-exhaustively): Company Law, Inheritance/Property Law, Islamic Banking & Finance,
Constitutional Law, & Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Other interests include (but are not
limited to): Comparative Legal Research in areas of Contract Law, comparing Islamic Contract
Law with Western legal systems such as Common Law & Civil legal systems. In this regard, Mr.
Shah’s research work is pending publication.
